@UPS2012 I'd suggest next time you're told to do that, to get it sent to you in a message. 90% chance they will never send it in writing. You'll know then how much of a slippery slope it is. These guys are just making sure you cover your ass.

All anyone has been trying to make him understand is just because he was told to do it doesn't mean he can't be disciplined for it
