Hiding Miss Loads

Honestly I'm convinced no one does. There's really no other excuse.

I've seen the same sup do all of these things. And caught red handed doing them all.

Kick a seasonal off of the truck for going too slow and leave him on the side of the road.

Sheets stops under another drivers name in a board and deliver them so he could cut a route.

Sign for a commercial early am at the building so it wouldn't be late. Then he left it laying outside of their door because they were closed when he finally got there. Pics of him sheeting it. Pics of it sitting at the building after commit time and pics of him leaving it at their front door.

His punishment? Now a center manager.

How about a center manager running a Ponzi scheme out of his building? So well known it was nicknamed the UPS Investment Club.

Later became DM.

And, one of his proteges dealing cocaine out of a satellite center he was supposedly running?

If management knows the right people they'll never be held accountable

Supposeably my center manger had to transfer because he was getting death threats? Is that normal thing?

I almost forgot this same sup isn't allowed within 1000 ft of his old center because of a restraining order.

Last I heard, the Ponzi guy had gone back to center manager because he couldn't deal with the pressure, and having retired is now sub-contracting training new drivers.

And he only drove 30 days.

Read on froggy. I said in another post it IS hiding it if it is NSN. I was speaking in regards to the bringing it back to a sup and not sheeting it.
I never said it was not. Why not sheet correctly, and if it is attempted later that night, then that missed package disappears? This was in response to you saying that the package might be attempted by a driver that wants the work, so the driver should bring back an unsheeted package.
How do you know an attempt isn't made on it after you punch out at 5PM?

I never work Black Friday. Still optional in the 177. Me and a driver in the next town over had our routes pulled by a couple New On Cars. Young kids. Straight from PT sup to On car. Anyway they proceed to sheet all our business stops closed. The following Monday all my customers and my friends customers ask why they never got their deliveries on Friday? SMDH. Imagine if one of us did that? We'd be walked off

That missed does not drop out of the report. You would have to void and resheet with the same DIAD.

Enjoy your last Black Friday off this year.

Our center is in such a mess, sheeting something as missed doesn't even make the radar. We never leave on time and have tons of late air. We have been told to not even bother leaving it behind for air drivers. Just go out and get off what we can, than the rest is in trace and late. Can't recall being asked to deliver a misload outside of 5 miles out any time recently. Misloads are sent in, and if you don't get a message, you just bring them back and sheet as missed.
