If the company isn't doing it properly I would document the people that want to be on the list and file because the company isn't complying with the contract. They agreed to it and we need to make sure it is enforced

Classic case of selective amnesia at work. The grievance was filed yesterday.
The center manager said "let's just wait to see how this plays out".
The steward said "this is how it plays out...here's your yellow copy and have a nice day".
