All seniority employees covered by this Agreement who have more than nine (9) months Seniority who do not work on any of the following holidays:

DECEMBER 31 ST, NEW YEARS DAY, DECORATION DAY, INDEPENDENCE DAY, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING DAY AND CHRISTMAS DAY,


shall receive a full day’s pay.

I apologize for this being a bit hard to read. This was the last day that I worked before retiring. I worked on Monday and then took my last two personal and sick days (each) to close out the week. I worked 8.2 hours, which was broken out accordingly, and received 32 hours for my paid days. The 32 hours DID NOT COUNT toward hours worked.
Evidently they didnt like you anymore than we do.
