Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
buddy the american political system is the matrix:

it appears you have more than 1 choice, but the 2 parties are the same.

btw most western countries have more than 2 parties at the debates. its not a duopoly.

you'd be crazy or misled to vote either of them in this day and age

The problem is not enough multi-family housing is getting built and it's the fault of everyone left, middle and right. We're building too many houses and not enough apartments and condos. There are solutions that work.

They don't have zoning in Mexico like we do here. Someone can start a furniture factory right next door to your home and run power tools at all hours.

This isn't about building a slaughterhouse or chemical processing plant in residential areas. This is about keeping residential areas residential: but allowing different types of construction other than single family only.

And no I'm not talking about towers, but zoning laws that even prohibit townhouses.

Towns must set aside 50 acres thru new bylaws to support multifamily housing.
They want triple deckers everywhere.
My small town does not have that amount of space available.
That's around at the minimum of 750 new housing units per town.

Leftist think everything is a human right. A lot of the people who support them are good hearted and in the right place or struggling bad, but they just aren’t long term political thinkers and they have too much faith in government to deliver on these promises consequence free.

We have seen that these leftist government feed people short term solutions and cause many long term problems with unfunded liabilities and crashing economies.

In the short term yes absolutely when the government flood you with cash and provides you free :censored2: you will be richer, but that isn’t a workable long term solution or the type of government authority that trumps individual rights you’d want to live under.
