Reminds me of one of the seasonals that thought he was going to be hired on last year.

Friday night I asked my supervisor if I could come in early yesterday to get some training on the DIAD. He told me I’d be with a seasoned driver. I spent yesterday doing pick ups at Kohls. Didn’t use the DIAD all day.

You gotta step it up, move faster, if not they won’t keep you after peak and you will NEVER BE A RPCD
If you really want this job you better knuckle down son. Ask one of the other drivers to give you a little bit of help using the DIAD

I feel defeated by what people are saying on this forum. I know I can do better. I want to do better. I just need the right supervision. My old UPS guy is calling me later to go over a few things. Like I said, I do like the job. I just need to establish a system/routine.
