Fed ex has given me a pre loaded hra debit card with $700 for medical expenses. I'm leaving FedEx on the 15th of February. Can I still use this? Does any one know if there are any stipulations on usage before I leave ?

I think once you terminate employment your HRA goes too. HRA is use it or loose it (during your employment, not yearly), and it's medical expenses only.

Use it or lose it before quitting.

I wonder if use can still use it for COBRA?
