Sometimes, I just take care of him and make sure he is at his best. Does your wife/girlfriend make sure your laundry is done and you leave with a healthy, nutritious lunch? All day you guys drive around eating at fast food joints, junk food at the corner store. Not good for you and it weighs you down. Deli meat (no bread) celery, carrots, rice cakes, chips, water, propel drink and a devil dog. No greasy fast food. Eat right, dress right and live a healthy life. Very important!
