No, a lot from access points, or we charge customer to stop by their house for non pickups, or they just give to driver. We are not picking just one box for free from resi.
I read that Amazon will have own delivery service to compete with UPS! What say you?

For Amazon I'm sure we are.
It's why I see us pick up things that were shipped fedex all the time.
We are not making drastically more on pick ups. If anything we just give them a bigger discount.

If they are open, than don't take it. An RTS package is considered a rejected delivery, in my book.
