Real important if you're changing plans. At one point I was seriously considering moving a little further south. Compared retirement plans and said "Nah, think I'll stay where I'm at".Make sure to check your retirement benefits and how much it will cost you before you make the transfer.

If he doesn't have five years in he isn't coming to Idaho. The list is very long.Or if he doesn't have 5 years in and isn't vested.
What the hell is there to do in Idaho? If he doesn't have five years in he isn't coming to Idaho. The list is very long.
Nothing, and it snows about 50 feet a year. Better to stay where you are. What the hell is there to do in Idaho?

It really depends on what part, I mean yes it is really crappy. 50 feet of snow all year. You do get some crappy weather out there I don't think I could deal with that
I can't even imagineIt really depends on what part, I mean yes it is really crappy. 50 feet of snow all year.
Yes completely miserable here.It really depends on what part, I mean yes it is really crappy. 50 feet of snow all year.
Correct!Problem for the OP; you can’t transfer from California to Idaho.
Transfer to a one belt building like me with no 22.4. Problem solved. But holy *uckballs batman! The management here is atrociousSounds like you’re in western. Up here in NorCal if you transfer to a building with 22.4, you become one. Trust me, I’ve had many conversations with pissed off drivers that were planning on getting out of the Bay Area.
How’s that Chaz/Chop working out?Don't forget us here in Washington they've run this place (Seattle anyways) into the finground
You would be surprised how many people turn down transfers. If he doesn't have five years in he isn't coming to Idaho. The list is very long.
