With you being called out on not organizing, saying you should organize other employees, just not yours. When we organize workers we don't pick and choose, we organize them all, so your employees would be part of it.
You aren't paying attention . It's a different structure and needs to be approached differently. It's actually easier and in the end, yes my drivers and all others would be included .
