No. He's sitting in my recliner with his feet by the fire.Is that a Madison Wisconsin student???????
At least yours is awake.No. He's sitting in my recliner with his feet by the fire.
Had to wake him up to write the Teamsters and thank them for another scholarship. I see some more dead days in dad's future as a result! At least yours is awake.
That would be weather and not climate.Boston breaks another record , for the most continuing days of record cold set in Dec 1917- Jan 1918 .
Agreed as are the hurricanes that have been hurricaning since creation. That would be weather and not climate.
It only took 70 posts before actual science was quoted!I ran a 5k this morning to start the new year off right, it was 19 degrees at the start. Last year the same race it was 55 degrees. But that's just local weather, next year it might 60 degrees it has nothing to do with global surface temps which have been steadily going up:
The earth is in constant fluctuation. Nothing to see here.It only took 70 posts before actual science was quoted!
I was reminded of this thread when I was explaining 'windshield' <sic> factor to my wife earlier. The earth is in constant fluctuation. Nothing to see here.
junk science at the mostIt only took 70 posts before actual science was quoted!

Does it really matter if you believe the science on climate change? The solutions are still in our economic and national security interests. Renewable energy, decentralized power grid, eliminate the reliance on fossil fuels, cheap energy to fuel economic progress. What's the downside? The entire society is better off using wind, solar, hydro and geothermal power instead of lighting crap on fire. Who cares if you don't believe in manmade climate change?
So from 1880 to about 1910 were they predicting another ice age? I bet they were.
Your link, lol.the science of the 5 k? when measuring the global surface temperature think about the complexity of doing so and think who's doing the measuring and making the argument that those said temperatures are going up.
