The Islamic concept of Allah dominates the heart and mind of a Muslim, and therefore it is the greatest obstacle to a Muslim’s understanding of the Judeo-Christian God of the Bible. The Christian God is a personal, loving Father who has entered human history to reveal Himself to us and rescue us from our sinfulness. He has paid the price for our sin in order to free us, restore us to His image and give us assurance of eternal life.

Explaining this to a Muslim is like explaining the life of a bird to a fish confined to an aquarium. It goes against the grain of his whole religious and cultural system. Though offensive, it is the greatest news a Muslim can ever receive. We cannot adequately relate to Muslims, nor can we help a Muslim understand the God of the Bible, until we have grasped an accurate understanding of their concept of Allah in contrast to the God of the Bible.

Fact is, if you had been born in Pakistan, or Afghanistan, you would likely be Muslim.

You were born in the States, so you turned out Christian...clearly you are of a religious mind/family/upbringing, so you embraced the dominant paradigm of your surroundings.

Thanks for letting me know my life history,personal opinion and what is make believe and real.
The post was to show the mouse man and atheist woman (which I find interesting that you know which God Christians and muslims worship but you believe in none) that the God of Christians and the allah of the muslims are two separate things.

Yes, Christianity spread through Europe by preachers telling the good news of the gospel. Islam spread into Pakistan and Afghanistan from the Arabian peninsula by invading armies who put millions to the sword in their conquests. To say Christians and Muslims worship the same God is to admit you don't understand God.
