Difference is if someone is truly practicing the Christian faith he wouldn't attack or kill gays. He would tell them to turn away from it, but he can't be a faithful Christian by harming gays. Muslims on the other hand believe killing homosexuals is just, righteous, and commanded of them. They have in the Koran a modern equivalent view of the Old Testament teachings to put homosexuals to death. The Muslim apologists can't hide the fact that this is a common occurrence in much of the Islamic world. Just as subjugating women is also.
Even if the new testament doesn't say such things (which I'm not sure on, since it's been years since I read it in full) it doesn't change the fact that many of it's followers are very anti LGBT.

So in other words what Jesus said was : "Don't kill queers on my time but what you do about it when you're off the clock is of no concern of me."
You show your ignorance again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again ...
or was that suppose to be a funny?

No Just pointing out that you can take any piece of biblical scripture you want in any version you want and use it to support any point of view you want.

Which is why (red-letter) was used to qualify that it is words attributed to Jesus and not to a third-party.

Come on ... you can think!
Go drink some more coffee until the fog lifts! :teethy:
Those so called "red letter" words are words Jesus is alleged to have said but no collaborated proof to say that he actually did say them . The fact that it can't be collaborated is why biblical text is as badly abused, misused, weaponized and politicized as it is today. Certain books of prophecy speak of the world being destroyed by fire. That much I believe because based on what I see today the fire that consumes the planet will be used by the world's great religions destroying one another in a final cataclysmic war for control over the few people if any who will remain.

Again, and again, over and over, Jesus taught and commanded us to love one another, to love God, to live in peace. Again and again, over and over, Mohammed commanded his followers to do the will of Allah by either subjugating, dominating, or killing non-believers who refused to be subjugated and dominated. So, which religion is continuously attacked in America by non-believers and which religion is defended by non-believers as being unfairly maligned? In spite of overwhelming evidence that in the more fundamentalist Islamic nations women are treated as chattel, gays are beaten, imprisoned, or killed, Christians aren't allowed to assemble or proselytize. Name one Western nation where Muslims aren't allowed to build mosques and worship? Name one Western nation where in areas Muslims are predominate that they don't start demanding Sharia law to be observed? To supersede local laws? And it's not just against Christians but in all areas of the world where their ideology and local beliefs collide. They get along terribly with Hindus. Muslims in western China have been clamped down on by the Chinese government because of their continuous revolts against authority. It's your blind hatred of Christianity Bacha that won't allow you to see this.

Blind hatred of Christianity? Wrong. The Western nations that allow the construction of mosques were in many cases allowed to do so because their constitutions permitted it. God and Allah had nothing to do with it. Anyway before your next sermon show us your degree in ancient religions if you want us to pay attention to what you have to say in regard to this matter.
