UPS has now decided it worked so well once, that now every Friday like clockwork they can 3rd one in 3 weeks, UPS has been declaring every Friday as a "Severe Weather Delay", even though there is NOT A SINGLE WEATHER EVENT ACROSS THE ENTIRE USA on 3-15-19 Apparently UPS thinks we are too stupid to figure out the scam.

edit: so it seems iowa has had some road closures but some searching on the web has led me to multiple accounts of people who have called to find out their package is currently parked in a trailer in Oregon and yet it is sitting and not being processed despite getting through iowa unscathed.
