Dracula, Your "net" rate of pay declines for each hour of OT because of the tax rate.

You're not listening. My 401k is based on my gross pay. My "net" pay goes down anyway. I'm thinking farther down the road than "net" pay. It helps retirement, it helps taxes...

It makes a difference after you've retired...money seems to be a little more important once the UPS paychecks stop.....But I'm sure you've figured a way around that.
