The range for new on road supervisors is 59,000-82,000 depending on area, education, and experience. This is salary only, not counting MIP and other benefits

Anyone know the salary of an on road supervisor and feeder supervisor?

There is no set starting Salary for an ORS. They starting rate is going vary Greatly depending on how long they have been working at UPS, there current yearly pay, there education, ETC. It's also up for negotiation. A casual promoted to an ORS or Pt Management will make a lot less than a FT driver went into management.

On road supervisor salary is based on years of service, driving experience ,level of education and which center you start in. It varies. Package sups make more than any other sups

These are both mostly accurate. The MIP can very greatly from year to year also.

All dependent on the area and cost of living. I make more here than in Minny

This is true too. A friend of mine was promoted into a small rural center and was transferred to a major hub a couple of years later. He saw an increase of $500 in his monthly pay and called HR. They told him it was because of the cost of living difference between the two centers.
