It's not dumb and would be a step in the right direction for treatment of UPS drivers. It would be an acknowledgement of our right to look like the blue collar working men we are and not be treated as blank faced drones. That's management's role. Not drivers.

Why not be self employed then? No tattoos, no beards. Everyone knows the rules going in but the younger snowflakes want everything to bend to them.
