    Depends on your building.... In my building it is Building Seniority, so the answer would be NO.

    If a full time employee bumps a part timer. Are they guaranteed 40 hr a week and at what pay rate?

    There should be some kind of qualification mar for letting people post on here. You know, GED, passing a reading comprehension test, a brain wave medical voucher, or a note from his mom if she can write.

    He must be jumping due to crack useage.

    The Democratic leadership is pushing for extended unemployment benefits including paying for your health insurance after a layoff. I don't want the federal government paying for my healthcare. That's a slippery slope into providing healthcare for all Americans. Also how do I return that $1200 welfare check in the plan?

    It better have zero accountability. These companies can't be held accountable for using those great tax breaks for buy backs and dividends.
