Live Stream While Driving?

Are drivers (whether FedEx or UPS) allowed to "live stream" while they are driving?

I know of a FedEx contract driver who does this, and he has expressed some opinions that I can't imagine any company would be OK with.

It also seems a bit dangerous... I'm not sure if it's OK to post a link here, so please private message me. I'd like to know what company policies (especially regarding contractors) dictate.

No driver for FedEx, and I’m assuming for UPS, is allowed to use electronic devices while driving. Period.

Not that anyone's live streams are actually interesting, but it would funny to watch them crash and burn live because of their sheer stupidity and distraction.
