Meaning by the word classification?

In the addendum under Local 104 everything is self explanatory that all work must go to full timers first before any part timers but what does it mean my classification??
Work description?
Shift?
Reason I ask is because combos 22.3 are being laid off due to lack of work! while part timers are coming in 2 hours early before there shift starts to set up! Is this an issue that can be brought up that there is other work that can be done!

In my Local lay offs are by company seniority. I wouldn't think there is any reason for anyone to come in 2 hours early just to set up. Sound more like extra work.

In my Local, we have one of the major hubs and there is no work area.... that needs a 2-hr setup time.
