Republicans really exposed themselves as the radicals they are. They are far from limited government libertarian advocates they like to present themselves as. They are religious totalitarians on a state level that wish to impose their religious morality on others at a state level only because they cannot win that battle on a federal level. If they could get away with it they would go that way in a heartbeat.

Arizona is basically a purple state. you're not going to win there by being anywhere but around the middle.
it would be nice to have outspoken leaders rather than mindless political bots but thats the rules we live by.
