This is an unfair statement--the loader is simply working as directed. "Custom loads" are no longer allowed.

Management making side deals is no longer allowed either......but, still it goes on.

Who is going to get in the face of a loader building a custom load as long as he does not fall behind? It benefits the driver, which in turn benefits management (cause he'll make his numbers)....who's going to fault that logic. Oh, wait...UPS will I HATE it when my ideas actually make sense

I supposes that depends on the center you work in. They still preach common sense here.

Sometimes I feel like I'm working in a dream. I'd like to spend a day at some of the places you guys are at.

Just because it's not paled to the floor doesn't mean irregulars need to go on shelf 1000. Loader needs to load them on the floor below. If we didn't use the floor space we would need a lot more trucks.
