need advice

I drive a ottawa(spotter)and needed some advice,this ottawa has fiberglass insulation for a head liner,that is 6 inches from my head,front tires that are bald,you can stand 10 feet and smell the exhaust,holes in the floor,should I call OSHA,what other options do I have?????????

Write up every safety hazard on the vehicle. You may NOT drive an unsafe vehicle. Take the DVIR slip directly to someone in automotive. Complain.

Bald tires are dangerous. Don't drive it.
Exhaust leaks are a health hazard to you and usually a violation of emission standards. Don't drive it.

If you knowingly take out an unsafe vehicle, YOU are responsible for any accident or mishap that may occur. You can be fired. Don't drive it.
