It's amazing to me the conversations that are had on the belt by drivers who have been here for 15+ years. They read the headlines and freak out. I wish more would tune into these things for some perspective

The current plan will only benefit current employees next contract, if the pressure is applied appropriately by the Union. Automation, AI is only going to make them more money. Which means more money for UPSERS.

I’ve said this before and I still believe it, the profits will go up and employees who survive this phase of what the company is doing will be rewarded accordingly, except for western pensions, 🧌But the percentage of those who reap the benefits will decrease. It’s inevitable.
