I'm consistently at four to six days per week on road, FT so close in my sights I can taste it. The plot twist? Not even five years of "paying dues". People need to get over this kind of thing. ing seriously. I've had a couple shmucks come in off the street and snag FT spots ahead of me but you don't see any stick in my ass over it.

i thought most old drivers got lucky and were able to secure a spot within a year or 2 of working there? my driver got his position within 1.5 years and he's been there for 30 years
