We have a few drivers taht tie a towel to their handrail of the driver's side door. I hate this. People don't want to see your laundry hanging out the truck.

We have a guy that ties a beach towel to his grab handle! It hangs below his bottom step! To each his own....

There are guys in our center that have their hats made at one of those baseball hat stores. I think they pay $15 for one. It has the UPS logo on the front. Looks legit too. Big head-big brains?? What are you doing working for UPS? JK

I thought about doing that. Just haven't gotten motivated enough to do it. The sad part is that I deliver to 3 or 4 different shops that could make one for me but I have never asked them about it. LOL!

I too have a big head. UPS has oversized ball caps that they can order, but most sups are just to lazy to do so. The extra large size allows me to get a good fit, and there is still room for expansion if needed.

You might try giving Barry Bonds a call--he also has a big head, although his was caused by steriods. He may have a milliner he can put you in touch with. (Milliner--google it)
