No DR Allowed Resi - RelNum?

I have a dental office which I sheet as a commercial every time and I am asked every time to clarify what type of stop it is.

RelNum is used for all apartments not on the first floors and people who don't want to make customer contact with. It's in the book.

But the diad doesn't validate that. I still have No DR pop up when the stop address is locked out. Even on shipper release pkgs.

And it's not really getting fixed (clarified) correctly because our management "team' isn't clarifying the perimeters for what is resi and/or business if there's a business with the same exact address as the adjacent house.
The training said it defaults back to a resi but management says they don't know.
For months. So the incorrect corrections keep multiplying.
What a joke.

It also depends on the package tracking number too. If the shipper shipped it commercial but it gets released as a resi, it will pop up also for clarification

I have addresses everyday that are "NO DR"
if the packages are shipper release, yes the "NO DR"prompt comes up when I hit the DR button, then I hit the "RELNUM" softkey.
