I work in Long Island and have been sent to a center in Brooklyn last 3 days to help them out with backlogs.

Curfews are essential to make sure the outbound volume, especially the air, gets out on time.
I understand the curfews. What I don't understand is sending guys home and loading up the rest of us knowing that we will be called in. I guess it saves money, but the complaints go though the roof.
The smart thing would be to send everyone out with a reduced dispatch to try to get rid of what they could.
That would mean all of the drivers would have to code 05... how many do you think would do that?
Those who choose not to would be loaded up.
