Northwest Arkansas Hub Question

I'm looking at hiring on at the local Springdale, AR hub as a part time handler with the eventual goal of making full time driver. Sounds familiar, eh? I was hoping somebody local might see this post and could give me some info on how things are at the local hub and what the progression time is looking like to FT driving.

Man it would be great if this forum had regional discussions!

Took me 6 years. Before Amazon left they were putting people on full time with a year to a year and a half seniority. Now that the majority of amazons volume has been diverted to the post office it's back up to 6 or 7 years maybe more
