What does the contract say? If it says to take your break or lunch at a certain time then you do it. We have to follow the contract as well or else how can we expect management to follow it?

ALL by myself. Impressive right?

I’m not in the business of convincing anyone of anything. I do the best I can with the tools provided. I run the plan, I manage what I can, and shrug off the rest. Unfortunately I’m at the mercy of a number cruncher who has convinced his boss that his plan is gold lol

Its 430pm done with all my deliveries and now taking my paid 10 minute break before i head to my last pickup which is 2 miles down the road.
