Only 5% of next car purchasers expect to buy all electric cars-Road and Track.

It won't. The range is 250 miles. You have a dozen places to stop with food and bathrooms for a 15 minute charge, which is all that trip would need.
And the car tells you where to stop.
Your range is 250 on a perfect day. You better not have to use the heater, ac or windshield wipers...not to mention don't go over 65 or you start to lose range rather quickly..you obviously don't own one..

So, can we all agree the Tesla would tell UnionWeak where he could stop, with a dozen food, bathroom, and charger choices, and make that trip by only telling the computer where to go, and do it with a single 15 minute stop?

Can we all agree on that?

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
You don't with a tesla either. You plug in the road trip and the screen gives you a very neat set of options for how to complete the trip, with times and remaining charge, food and bathrooms, and it's just plain easy.
Does it take into account the decline of battery efficiency over time? Seriously asking.

Really won’t matter if he can’t afford one. And gas $9 dollars a gallon.

You’re always reduced to name calling. Very immature.

Yes, If.

You act like that's some sort of point.
Just saying. Most people won't have an issue, some will. Maybe on a road trip take a portable gas generator in the trunk. Personally I'm thinking about camping all over New Mexico using an electric cargo bike. No gas, no insurance, minimal maintenance.

So, we agree?
When you were in OC, you could say "Take me to Phoenix."
It will give the map, the food, the battery remaining at each charger stop if chosen, total battery remaining at destination based on your individual habits, and anything else.

Then it can drive you there.
Your job is to plug in a plug for 15 minutes.
Charging location within my range too?

The Tesla will flash the entire screen at you and make it abundantly clear if you plug in a trip without adequate battery or selecting a charging location.
However much it happens with a gas car, it will happen less with Tesla.

So you agree basically all day road trips in the united states are easy in a Tesla, but that it's expensive?

We agree?
Listen I’ve already told you I’m ignorant to the facts you state. It could well be I really don’t know, i’ll trust you on that, although my friend who owns the Tesla rarely drives his on his weekly 300 mile round-trip. He’s rich so he can do what he wants. My daughter has a 2001 Toyota Prius the batteries have not been replaced yet, and it runs great. We paid $3500 for that car lol it had just over 100,000 miles. Got a pretty good deal, where are the deals for electric cars? They are well out of reach for most people. Transitioning to a new technology that most people cannot afford will affect all of us.
