Uh......no.

You are very, very good at throwing futuristic predictions.....very good. You know.....predictions. Anything....anything to help you make a buck. Being your whole future invested.......as if you invested your Grandma's life savings....

You are very good at painting a picture that just doesn't jive with reality. Things like EV's are everywhere....uh no. Charging stations that don't exist. Just skipping right past everyday scenarios to the perfect ones...to fit your narrow narrative....
As if hoards are storming Tesla's gates......"We demand more!!!!!"....uh no.
Dad: " Kids we are going to Grandma's for Thanksgiving....." Kid: "Ok. Are we Taking the Tesla?" Dad: "No Son, it won't make it without adding 8 hours to the round trip.....being that we have to plan, find charging stations and wait around hours to recharge..." Kid: "Yeah.....I get really bored sitting at those stations waiting around...why is that Dad?" Kid: "Say Dad....does Grandma have a charging station.....no Son....she lives in an apartment...." Dad: "We were hoping to find someone kind enough to help strangers desperate for a charge...." Son: "You mean we just can't stop at a gas station.....?" Dad: "Sigh..."
An old person living in an apartment is usually in a city and their kids always pick them up for the holidays. Maybe if Grandma lived on a farm...

One would think that to increase sales of EV vehicles solar panels would be installed on the roofs of the vehicles.
Charge as you go would make a great slogan.

I would think regen motors(somewhere on the chassis) would be more plausible.....but everything has a cost.....sort of perpetual motion thing.....

You just included like 5 pieces of fake news that's based on 5 year old technology. I already corrected them. I'll take that as checkmate. Thanks.
AGAIN....no you haven't. They are building an updated Allsup's gas station next to the old one around here....not a single EV charging "pump" anywhere.....just not any demand for it. This is a brand spanking new station....

This is like......reality.....Champ.

I've already explained this to you.

Most EV owners can live their lives normally and use a public charging station only a few times per year. Of course demand for them is low in most places. Most of us don't really need them much.

The cyber truck has that option. With a giant roof and perfect sun, you might get 20 mi/day of energy. Doesn't work for most.

What most nonEV owners don't understand is just how little most EV people need charging stations.

If I have a house, why would I even care if there is a charging station near me?

You're going to have a lot of options very soon. Rivian, Fisker, Porsche, even Ford and GM. They won't make many, but if you're willing to spend the dough, some cool things will be there for performance electric SUVs.

Many automakers are being forced by the gov't to make EVs.
Don't try to spin it like they have a choice.

They're not going to make many because they literally can't. They don't have the factories, the batteries, or the means. They are all hopelessly behind Tesla.

They're being forced because entire light use market will be electric even with no force or subsidies. They are just plain superior at just about everything people care about.

Tesla needs to step up their design game. The cyber truck is fugly
It still has millions of pre-orders.

I was with you completely until I learned why it looked like that. Once I learned the aesthetics were driven by the function, I liked it much better.

That sort of steel can't be bent into any normal car shape, and the simplicity allowed large pieces, ruggedness, and the cheapest manufacturing to be easier.

The engineers made the design for engineering reasons, not design reasons. That's why it will be built so much faster and outperform anything in its cost class.

Function is beautiful.

Right. Forced because nobody wants them....they are being legislated out of existence........by liberals...

I just looked it up. The Tesla truck has a towing capacity of 14,000lbs and a payload capacity of 3500 lbs. That's pretty good but a Ford eff-350 can tow and carry more. A eff-250 can tow more. And that's just Ford. And they cost less.

Most EVs are sold at an unbelievable premium relative to other vehicles, and the credits and regulations are less than you think.

You're just jealous. People are buying them because they are awesome.

Feds can force by regulation. But this is pushed by market demand.

You can't force consumers to buy them. Consumers are demanding it far in excess of regulation of credits.

Never in history could you get this performance for this price. That's what people are buying.
