There is no chaos. You pull up. The machine takes out your discharged battery and puts in a charged battery. Then it charges the one you took out.
It works very well. That's why they have 700 of these stations already.

The machine would only give you fully charged batteries. They have a bank of 15 to 50 batteries, all charging. It's not like it's just one.

There's not enough out there and Chile is the biggest producer of copper.

They can always beef up the electric grid and will have to. But without enough silver and copper there won't be hundreds of millions of cars built. Think about the implications. If they're determined to make ICE's illegal at some point and there's not enough of those metals what will happen? The masses will be put on mass transportation. Private cars will be only for the wealthy who can afford them. Unless they turn to an alternative that has yet to be perfected like hydrogen or has yet to even be invented.
