More convenient to charge than fill up with gas? On a road trip?"Only 1%

Sorry, I'm filling in your thread titles for the next few years.
All the objections just betray ignorance. The range on many electrics is identical to gas already. They're more convenient to charge than to fill up with gas, and cost-parity is imminent.
More convenient to charge than fill up with gas? On a road trip?
Hopefully![]()

Have you driven a long trip with women? They need a restroom break every so often. I'll give you it's more convenient to charge overnight at home but there's simply no way a charge that takes an hour or longer is as convenient as gassing up at thousands of locations on an interstate.Yes, by far, in everyday life, and equivalent for most people for trips that require only one charge.
That covers about the entire population for almost all their driving. You can nitpick whatever you want, BladderOfSteel Man Who Road-Trips 1000 miles 5 times a Month.
I did TN to VT in a day by myself, and it took about 60 to 90 minutes longer in my Tesla than a beater sedan. Honestly, I don't even remember. Because 1 hour out of a 15+ hour trip doesn't matter. At all.
Feel free to act like that's a big deal.
Hope so. And hope the powers that be don't buy the patent and shut it down.![]()

OK, how long does it take to fully charge a Tesla that's at say 15%?If they need a restroom break, who says I need a recharge?
No charge takes an hour.
You guys are operating off of old information. It's really embarrassing.
