Depends on locale and job duties, a lot of places have safety/training pt sips,all the sips in my building do most of the initial and recurrent training you could be anywhere from 12-18 maybe

If you get your status changed from p/t to friend/t after a few months into the position and assuming your salary is increased due to hours increase, will they keep your pay rate the same or will it increase as well?

Pt sups are salary based on 27.5 hrs you work under your salary is guaranteed you work over you get paid your hourly rate for additional hrs... ft sup (you have to wait a yr afteter pt sup) you're straight salary your compensation package increases but your like to put in 50+ wo any increased compensation for additional hrs worked

It all depends on how much time you have with the company. If you are a new employee. You will start out at 13.75 and hours as a part time sup.
