My point was that part-time employees shouldn't be working 8 hours, or etc, and be considered PT. If you are a part-time employee, you may have other obligations, career, etc, that could interfere with UPS starting you 4 hours prior to your regular start. I don't think that is odd at all, but just my observation.Your posts sir, are really odd. Peak start times on the preload in my building vary from 3 AM to 11 PM the previous night. Of course technology savvy UPS timecards cannot handle start times earlier than midnight.
