Part time shifter wage

I was transferred to feeder a few months ago .now the guy who was training me ,told me that I should get 25 cents extra on top of what am making now .so now three months later and still haven't recevied my 25 cents .i spoke to a supervisor and told me that there is 30 days period before I get it .

Can you go from shifter feeder to traditional feeder as in hub to hub??? Once you build up seniority???
