Just wanted to update the thread and let you know that I went over the time card with my district manager and he said that I should have been paid the air wage the whole time I was out delivering and shuttling the cars around.

Just saying, I signed a form several months ago affirming that this was NOT an accepted practice. Punishment is up to and including discharge.

Went over this a few years ago with a driver in my old center. I told him if lunch was subtracted out I would pay him all his due OT in cash out of my own pocket. But if I was right he needed to buy beer and wings after work.

I really enjoyed that free meal.

All I can tell you that this, people who skip their lunch here do NOT get paid for it. An hour comes out weather they took it or not, I hear rookies that don't want to listen whine about it all the time.
