Those tax dollar have already been spent. How does sending a gainfully employed tax payer to another country help ours?

It provides a disincentive to discourage more illegal immigration.

Note that this doesn't mean they can't come back here, they just have to go through the process like everyone else. If they are a net benefit to the country of course I want them here. But not all of them are, just like alot of our current citizens.

Mailing out applications is not the same.
Ballots are bar coded, signatured, and crosschecked if they showed up in person to vote.
There is nothing illegal about the process.

Democrats don't want to mail out applications, they want to mail out ballots automatically to every registered voter.

They know very well there is no way to cross check or verify all ballots. They know it will cause fraud.

The payroll tax holiday. I asked if workers were supposed to save their own withholding to pay next year or if I’m supposed to keep withholding to pay next year for them. Neither way is a good idea.

I'm not sure which part of payroll tax CUT you do not understand , CUT means there isn't one for that specific time frame , payroll tax CUT HOLIDAY means at a specific time of each year There is no payroll tax for that specific time frame !!! So in summary whatever that amount of tax is for that employee at that particular time they get it in their paycheck to be used anyway they would like , meaning more money in your pocket , hence the boosting of the economy!!!!
