As always this stupidity pains me to see because it means heaping all the collective stupidity from the hub onto you drivers. I have no clue how paying top rate for an extra 5 hours outside is supposed to balance out against a few dollars and dimes inside.
Because it's not about reality but, about how things look on certain people's numbers.

What will be real interesting is....
All the complaints about excessive overtime being reduced.
It "might" be like rats fleeing a sinking ship.
"Take my name off the 9.5 list.... I need the overtime."

And the Biggest :censored2: award here on BC goes to.......

I think everything this company does makes sense. I had my driver helper for 3 weeks and trained them well, they knew everything. They wanted to work today but gave me a new guy who is a druggie and slow as :censored2: and told my original helper they didn’t need to come in. Great call by the new “coordinator”
This literally happened to me lol

Deranged lunatic
I'm wondering if it's corporate doing all this or just your Division Manager? Doesn't seam like this is happening everywhere.
We still have one coordinator. They are employed yearly as an HR rep though so they must be sweeping it under that job code.

One seasonal coordinator is gone.
