They may plan on 8 hour day, but how many might only see 4 or 5 hours?
Imagine these folks being surprised they have to work in the cold or a bad storm!

Inside employees can’t do it pretty much means they are skirting some type of law/union rule.
I don’t like it.
It should be offered up to inside employees too.

We've been using rentals for months now. On a heavy day we run 29 routes and we have 6 rentals right now, that's how badly we need package cars!

Yep. We short on cars too. Have 5-6 rentals(last 2 months) here cause South Dakota won’t give anymore pkg cars up.
