I would never take anyone’s personal belongings out of a package car. That would be stealing. Well maybe I use some of their dog treats, but that’s it.

… why would you bring your guitar everyday?I know a driver who brings his guitar in every day. He doesn't leave it on car overnight. It really isn't a good idea to leave it on car overnight. It could get damaged during the preload or If your car is taken offline by the shop you may not see it for days.

I successfully leave my work area clean of my own crap before the next shift comes in, and drivers ought to be able to the same.
Their truck isn't theirs at all when they leave.
