So I’m kinda new, just asking for help. When the Sup yells at you for stopping the belt, but you don’t have time to check all of the boxes because it is humanly impossible, what are you supposed to do?

WAD unless it becomes a safety issue. howl laughing when they bitch about egress turn off the belt pick it up turn belt back on. howl laughing when pcm following day is about damages. howl laughing when a belt motor burns out because they wanna unload all the heavy cars at once and then everyone has to move by hand. been there done that easy money

It's exhausting following someone all day to build a termination case

You're doing it wrong, you're supposed to terminate first, then let the union explain why you weren't justified in the termination, then you get to act all benevolent by agreeing to give the employee their job back. That is the procedure, right?
