This is a slam dunk grievance as you have described it.
If this was done across the entire driver group, even my BAs could win the grievance and a Wage and Hour complaint.
Lol. Sure they could?
If they werent allowed to be put on "committee hold" at the panel.
For two years.

Or even heard locally before a couple of years passed.

Lol ok Rambo. I’ll take my 30 in OT
Two wrongs dont make a right (paycheck) and without exposing it up front (a grievance and a call to your local area's Wage and Hour division of the DOL) the company's illegal action will not be documented and they'll keep on shorting your coworkers checks.
Does this affect your DOT hours as well. Sure does.
PUCO is available.

Attempt to resolve the issue with your steward and center manager. If that does not correct UPS's behavior; file a grievance. Then file a UPS helpline concern; And if that does not achieve the equitable outcome; file with the wage and hours division of your state government labor department.

Memorialize every step of the way.

Sickofit's post is spot on.

Sup decided to flex start Saturday drivers from 9:30 to 9:00. Upon punching out and checking time card approx 1 hour later, I noticed that the time reflected at 9:30 start time, this shorting the drivers by 1/2 hr. Thoughts on course of action?
I would notify them you are short 30 minutes and if it's not corrected then grieve it!!
