Did you read the part about proof of insurance?Amazon is paying more and offers benefits on day 1.
Auto? it's 25/50 here, not much.Did you read the part about proof of insurance?
I don't know about using your vehicle for a commercial use and if you got in a serious accident what would be the outcomeAuto? it's 25/50 here, not much.
I know my policy specifically excludes it, but Amazon offers it for their Flex drivers. This State has always been pretty jacked for auto insurance anyway.I don't know about using your vehicle for a commercial use and if you got in a serious accident what would be the outcome
My brother owns couple insurance agencies and they have specific riders for Uber drivers but nothing for UPS PVD drivers.I know my policy specifically excludes it, but Amazon offers it for their Flex drivers. This State has always been pretty jacked for auto insurance anyway.
Oh great another quitter like @scratch
The ruling doesn't prohibit PVDs, per se. It states that the company tried, and failed, to define them as RPCDs that just happen to use their own vehicles. The grievances will be forthcoming in large quantities. Let the company dig its own grave. The more work they take from RPCDS, 22.4s, preloaders, etc, the more they will have to pay in grievance settlements in the future. No worries.I thought there was a ruling prohibiting PVDs this year?
