That would be "her taking action".
oh, and I remember those days as well - though I must admit it was soooo long ago that those memories are getting a bit hazy. In fact I think it must've been an entirely different company altogether.

My apologies for the gender assumption. It has been a long time since management at my domicile spent some money towards rewards for employees. Many times in the past management would bring in subs or breakfast sandwiches while waiting for a late plane or truck. Now there is a pizza / sub / hotdog / donut blitz prior to and during SFA. "My manager provides me with the tools I need to complete my job", etc. But if they don't, this seasonal SFA treat will make me agree. I guess the treats reduce blood flow to the brain causing a warm and fuzzy feeling leading to a "I strongly agree" SFA response.

Doesn't work for me. Lol.

True. But hell anyone can say that. Most people here, I'd take that comment at face value but Dano hides too many things and has the annoying habit of opening his mouth and not being able to back it up.

Every post comes with the assumption that you'll disagree with it and that nothing could possibly ever change your mind. No point in trying to convince a fool of anything.

Wow...I am impressed. How many people do you have to "friend" over to get to six figures? That means you're either lying (probable) or not really an Ops Manager, because any of them that are any good go to better companies that pay way better.

So, you must be a loser, stuck here as an Ops Manager. I'm sorry.

So, I'm either an Ops Mgr or not an Ops Mgr!

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST.

So, in other words you have no idea what you're talking about.

No surprises there.

You claim to be one. I personally doubt it, and think you're assigned to monitor social media for FDX. Cubicle-dweller who has never seen a package, except on video. Kind of like MT3.

Nah, I doubt they'd want monitors to participate. Especially those who get us going about all the crap FedEx put us through. Whether a mgr or other kind of desk jockey, appears he is following Brown Cafe when he should be working. So definitely in a cubicle or private office. The superiority complex makes me think mgr.

Never claimed (or denied) that I was a manager of any kind.

Different situation
It's called "report-in pay" if you show up for a scheduled work day, and there is none, there are two things that will/must happen:

Manager will vaguely say something like:

"We have no work, do you want to go home?" if you say yes, you've waived your "report-in pay" and will be paid what you worked so far.
If you say NO, your manager will/should find something for you to do to keep you busy for the time up to 2(PT) 4(FT) hours, most of the time they elect to just send you home, and if they SEND you home, you get your REPORT-IN pay.

As for the SAT deal mentioned above, never heard it. But if SAT is your regular day(or scheduled day) I would imagine the rule stands.

Just your responses, the particular way you talk, reeks of ops manager. "The offending courier, " things like that. Who says that? Whether you're paid to come here or not? Who knows but you. But , you really sound like you believe what they taught you.

Dano most likely tells his workgroup that they're all a bunch of paycheck thieves on a routine basis.

Actually, I think you have said you're a manager. So, how do you make 6 figures at this dump if you're not a manager? There's no way you're a pilot because you exhibit zero knowledge of aircraft.

Shill. All evidence points there.

Really, who cares if he's a manager? I could not even care less if he's Fred S himself.
