My favorite Kennedy, founder of the Special Olympics.
This is bad and I'll probably burn in hell....but.....Teddy has just been upstaged by his sister.
I can't help the brain the good Lord gave me. That's how I think.
Seriously, she was one of the "good Kennedys" R.I.P.
Eunice Kennedy Shriver
Heaven called one of the few living angels on earth home.
She made this world a kinder more forgiving place for those that dare utter the word "retard."
She took that horrible word and showed us the value in every life...she taught us that we all are special.
My heart goes out to the millions of people this courageous woman touched.
She made difference and may her heart and soul live on in her strong spirit.
She joins her sister Rosemary, in the arms of God.
That's a real shame. The world needs more people like her, not less.
aj, very well said. DA.
How ironic that of the five kennedy children she was the one who never ran for office and yet may have acomplished the most in changing the world for the better.
May god bless her and keep her close to his heart.
A link that I think captures her vision
Holy Mackerel, I never thought of it like that. Good point!
