REJECTED!

The Retrumplicans can cry and moan all they want but here's the bottom line. They were given every opportunity to produce the evidence required to support their claim of voter fraud and irregularities . Numerous courts repeatedly asked for evidence. if it existed WHY didn't they provide it?
And then the Texas boys got in it and SCOTUS threw it right back in their faces making it clear that they had no legal basis to interfere in another state's election process especially when the Texas suit was motivated by nothing more the fact that they didn't like the outcome.

Now when you combine the lack of standing with the lack of evidence just how could the outcome have been any different?
donald's crack legal team is 1-52.

Or the even more incredibly stupid and idiotic 'Russian Collusion against Trump' ...
... that was the most lamebrained conspiracy in my lifetime.

the only thing the court discredited is the right of one state challenging another states election process. no decision on the merits of the challenge.

Barr has not seen or reviewed the trump lawyers evidence , he has not said that there is no evidence.

this case will play out one way or the other. spinning statements to win an argument here makes you sound desperate.
Speaking of Barr..where is the justice department?

Inordinately Right
Filling his cabinet with experienced qualified people to run the government instead of inexperienced family members and political loyalist.
Filling the swamp, even liberals are criticizing his dirty lobbyist swamp monster cabinet.

Not really surprising, Biden is a corrupt political huckster and has been for half a century.

And just what in your opinion is the "right thing"?

Allow the cases to go to discovery so the evidence can be made public record, then actually hear the cases that have merit. The way they are going about things is further driving a wedge between people with differing view points in this country. Those of us who prefer to have the law applied evenly to everyone are losing faith that there can be any relief from the illegal activities of the establishment. Governments that do not follow the rules set forth in their own Constitutions are illegitimate.

So your argument is the Supreme Court doesn’t understand the constitution?

While few Republicans in the Senate will dare state publicly that Trump lost, not a single one joined the Texas lawsuit. That's pretty telling.

AND THAT’S THE BOTTOM LINE
Guys, guys...
Do you know how much money is at stake in these elections?
All of the richest, most powerful people in the world have a vested interest in our election results.
How is this “news;” that presidential elections are riddled with corruption?
Did we all forget Florida in 2000?
Or do Republicans just ignore all that for the sake of “fighting” for this election???
You are all crazy

Texas Sen. John Cornyn called the lawsuit extraordinary and unprecedented. “States handle their own election laws and voting and you can make claims of constitutionality in that state,” he said. ”But I've never seen something like this.”

fixed it for you
They were granted a hearing for the purpose of presenting to the court the evidence required in order for their motion to proceed. Failing to produce the evidence backing their complaint is not a denial of the opportunity to present their evidence. Over 50 courts provided them with that very opportunity.

The current occupant of the WH is a carnival barking maroon. It will be great to have an adult in charge once again.
That's what Hillary Clinton called him years before he ran for president. While a person may not like her, nevertheless her characterization of him was spot on.

“Every American who cares about the rule of law should take comfort that the Supreme Court — including all three of President Trump’s picks — closed the book on this nonsense,” Sen. Ben Sasse said in a statement celebrating the Supreme Court throwing out the Texas lawsuit.

Trump lost all of New England, NY, and NJ. All his old stomping grounds. Those people know he was and still is an idiot. It’s the right wingers from Republican states that loved him on reality TV so they voted for him for President. These right wing dopes would never buy a car from a dealership that filed for bankruptcy 6 times, but they’d make him President. True idiots.

How dare you bring logic into the discussion!
It’s insane. The ruling didn’t have a disagreement on interpretation based on ideology like most cases. The entire court basically said, “LOL, GTFO!”

A bunch of truck drivers think they understand rule of law better than the 60 some judges that have taken these cases.
