I didn’t say I believed it, you said that that’s what you do. I don’t trust my belief. That’s why I use the Bible to guide me when I feel I’m being left by the spirit. Maybe I’m not, maybe it’s just me. The Bible is the litmus test.

I only said I would pray for this specific unbelief because I have experienced and observed individuals who believed as they did and once they started to believe that God spoke to them in many ways and not exclusively through the Bible, they started to actually hear him more clearly, personally, and intimately. They also started to experience changes in their life and strongholds that were formed were being released.

Yes that could be but I do believe I have explained that my beliefs were once closely aligned to theirs and I was left longing for more of Him. I wanted to taste and know God in a way that was more personal and intimate. I didn’t mean to offend, maybe they have found all of God that they desire, but that just wasn’t the case for me.

I believe Paul did and said things that he didn’t really want to do and say. I also believe He probably didn’t do and say things that he really wanted to do and say.

Wherever statements or viewpoints in the Bible communicate lack of love or are contrary to Jesus’s example then it is my belief that they are not of God, but of man’s religion. I never denied that the writers of the Bible were inspired by by God to write about God.
